Facial Care Beyond the Surface.
What if facial aging is about more than the surface of the skin?
Struttura was created for clients seeking facial care that extends beyond cleansing, exfoliation, and hydration. Instead of applying the same predetermined sequence to every client, each treatment begins with an individualized anatomical assessment of facial structure, movement, tension, tissue condition, fluid patterns, and symmetry.
Through precise, hands-only methods, this work goes beyond what is visible at the surface to identify and work with the anatomical patterns influencing how the face looks, feels, moves, and changes over time. Through observation and palpation, areas of muscular tension, fascial restriction, tissue density, adhesions, congestion, reduced mobility, and asymmetry can be identified. Depending on the treatment, the work may extend across the face, scalp, front and back of the neck, clavicular region, upper rib cage, shoulders, and the tissues surrounding the cervical and upper thoracic spine, with intraoral access incorporated when appropriate.
Clients often seek Struttura when they begin noticing lower-face heaviness, jowling, puffiness, reduced cheek or jawline definition, restricted movement, facial asymmetry, or changes around the eyes and mouth.
For those searching for an alternative to botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, or plastic surgery, Struttura offers a non-injectable, hands-only approach centered on working with the anatomy already present. Rather than freezing expression, adding volume, or surgically altering the face, the intention is to encourage greater mobility, anatomical harmony, structural integrity, and facial longevity while supporting the client’s desire to age naturally.
This work is not intended to duplicate a medical procedure. It offers a different philosophy of facial care—one that approaches aging through the structure, function, and integrity of the face itself.

Manual Rejuvenation Therapy is an advanced, comprehensive, hands-only technique created for clients seeking to address visible aging concerns while supporting the structure, movement, and integrity of the face.
The treatment is not confined to the face. It may extend across the scalp, front and back of the neck, clavicular region, upper rib cage, shoulders, and the tissues surrounding the cervical and upper thoracic spine. MRT works with the anatomical relationships beneath the skin—from superficial and deeper fascia through muscle, connective tissue, ligamentous structures, and the tissues that interface with the underlying bony framework.
Every session begins with visual observation and palpatory assessment. The techniques, depth, direction, and sequence are selected according to the client’s facial structure, symmetry, movement, tissue condition, density, fluid patterns, and areas of tension. Sustained palpation, kneading, compression, traction, mobilization, spiking, and intraoral methods may be incorporated to work with adhesions, fibrotic texture, muscular spasm, congestion, restriction, and reduced mobility.
Clients may seek MRT for concerns such as facial asymmetry, lower-face heaviness, jowling, reduced cheek or jawline definition, puffiness, under-eye congestion, persistent tension, and changes around the eyes and mouth.
MRT offers a non-injectable option for clients who want to support facial longevity while preserving their natural expression. It is not intended to duplicate a medical or surgical procedure; it represents a distinct approach to facial rejuvenation through the structure and function of the face itself.
The Struttura Method is the pinnacle of the Struttura experience—our most comprehensive and meticulously tailored treatment. It unites Manual Rejuvenation Therapy with buccal intraoral work to approach the face both externally and internally, while extending into the connected structures of the scalp, neck, clavicular region, upper rib cage, shoulders, and upper spine.
Guided by detailed visual and palpatory assessment, every session is composed around the client’s unique anatomy, tissue condition, movement patterns, areas of tension, and visible aging concerns. Nothing is standardized; each element is selected and performed with precision and intention.
This is anatomical facial care at its most refined—a highly personalized, non-injectable experience designed to support definition, mobility, anatomical harmony, structural integrity, and facial longevity.
Buccal Intraoral Massage is a specialized internal and external treatment that provides gloved access to the muscles and tissues of the cheeks, mouth, jaw, and lower face. By approaching these structures from both inside and outside the oral cavity, the treatment allows areas of deeply held tension, density, restriction, and reduced mobility to be worked with in a way that external facial massage alone cannot provide.
This treatment is especially valued by clients who experience habitual jaw clenching, tooth grinding, jaw fatigue, TMJ-related muscular tension, facial tightness, or headaches associated with tension through the jaw and surrounding structures. The slow, precise rhythm of the work can feel deeply decompressing, inviting the jaw to soften and helping the body move out of habitual patterns of bracing and guarding.
Buccal work may also be beneficial for vocalists, actors, public speakers, and others who rely heavily on their voices. Although the vocal folds are not contacted directly, working with surrounding tension through the jaw, mouth, lower face, and neck may support greater comfort and ease during speaking or singing.
In addition to its functional benefits, buccal massage addresses the appearance and mobility of the mid- and lower face, including the cheeks, mouth, and jawline. This treatment is not intended to diagnose or treat temporomandibular disorders, chronic headaches, or vocal conditions.
