Anatomical Facialist & Founder of Struttura

Keyara is a Los Angeles-based Anatomical Facialist and founder of Struttura, an anatomy-structured, hands only facial practice centered on structural integrity, facial longevity, and anatomical harmony.

Her work is guided by a deep respect for the face as an interconnected three dimensional tissue continuum. Through observation, palpation, and individualized assessment, she works on the relationships among muscle, fascia, connective tissue, fluid movement, and the deeper structural framework of the face.

Rather than applying the same sequence to every client, Keyara approaches each face according to its individual patterns of facial tension, restriction, density, and movements of life patterns. Her intention is to support the face thoughtfully over time while preserving expression, individuality, and the integrity of its natural structure.
